Core Threads Co Ordering and delivery policies

* Turn Around Time (TAT)- All school uniform orders are on a 10-14 business day schedule.  When your order is placed we receive an email and your order time starts on that business day or the following business day if order is received after hours or on a weekend.  (If your school is selling in time blocks, the TAT starts the day the sale closes) 

* Business and Origination TAT- 14 Business days as long as items are in stock.  If an item is on backorder we will reach out to you with delivery time estimate. 

* No Returns- All items are ordered as they are purchased.  We do not allow any returns but are happy to replace any items that may have been ordered incorrectly. 

* Shipping and Pick Up- All school orders have an option to choose between having your items shipped or to schedule a pick up.  If you choose pick up we will text or email you when your order is complete and set a pick up time from Tuesday  - Thursday between 10:00A-5:00P.  Businesses and organization orders will be delivered in person to provided address, 

* Brand and Color Changes- From time to time a brand may become unavailable or a color out of stock.  In those situations we reserve the right to complete order with a alternative brand and similar color that is within the same color pallet and quality of clothing. 

* Backorders with no fulfillment opportunities- In the event an item becomes completely unavailable and we cannot fill order with a comparable or better product we will cancel the order then offer a store credit or a refund.  All refunds will be made by return of full amount to the card used during the order.  In the event you do not have access to that card at time the order is being canceled YOU MUST tell us prior to canceling and we can look at other methods for refund.  Once a refund has been issued through the system we do not have any way to stop it.
